Aunt Arctic

Aunt Arctic is the weekly advice columnist author and chief editor for the Club Penguin Times! Aunt Arctic is also the Director of the Penguin Secret Agency and the Elite Penguin Force. She visits the snow-filled island we call Club Penguin for special occasions. When visiting, she hands out her own special backgrounds and stamp, you can even add her as a buddy! However, she's a very tough penguin to meet when online.

There are very slim chances that Aunt Arctic would visit Club Penguin due to her very busy schedule with the Club Penguin Times. However, she does make visits each year so that she can meet and greet with penguins all over the world!

Clothing Items:

Aunt Arctic is a dark green penguin with a pink toque, black glasses and has a pencil in-between her glasses and toque. When clicking on her player card, you will also notice that Aunt Arctic has freckles, and is one of the very few penguins that has them. When you click on her penguin, you may see her wearing those items.

Aunt Arctic also hands out many backgrounds to those who meet her in-game.

Aunt Arctic will usually have a large crowd surrounding her, so be sure to scan the crowd carefully when looking for her. You can most easily find her by the chat bubbles. She will most likely be the only penguin using keys you can not type as a normal penguin.The special keys will be numbers, periods, commas, etc in her chat bubbled in-game.

DJ Cadence

Cadence, or DJ K-Dance, is known as the DJ of the Night Club! She is also a singer. Of course, she makes visits to the island of Club Penguin as well! During her visits, she hands our her background, stamp and can add you to her buddy list so you can check to see when she's online as well. When online, she usually attracts big crowds. 

Clothing Items: 

You can identify her as a light pink penguin with hot pink hair and purple highlights, a pink & yellow scarf, pink & yellow bracelets and some sneakers. 

When you click on her penguin, you can see her player card showing her items. 

Cadence also hands out many backgrounds to those who meet her in-game. 

The rooms she is most likely to be in during the times she is visiting is either the Night Club, Dance Lounge, Rooftop or the party rooms. She sometimes carries her purple puffle, Lolz, with her. Be sure to keep an eye out for her in large crowds when she's visiting.

Gary the Gadget Guy

Gary has three common names used for him! One of them is "Gary", another is "Gary the Gadget Guy" and the third is "G." Gary is known as the island's inventor. He makes many inventions (some have failed,) and some haven't failed! Gary is also an agent that works with the Penguin Secret Agency and the Elite Penguin Force as the Tech Lead. 

When visiting the island of Club Penguin, he gives out a background to all the lucky penguins who meet him! He also gives everyone their "Gary" stamp! And, you can also add him to your buddy list once you meet him. He visits mostly during the Halloween Party. 

Clothing Items: 

Gary is a dark blue penguin with a white lab coat with a brown tie, green dress shirt and a pair of tech glasses. Depending on the party, Gary tends to carry hand items relevant. When you click on his penguin, you may see him wearing those items and maybe others. 

Gary also hands out many backgrounds to those who meet him in-game. 

Gary usually attracts large sized crowds, depending on the party and time. It's usually quite difficult to find Gary, although, if you keep looking, your most likely to find him waddling around in his white lab coat and glasses but during parties he sometimes wears hand items. 

Herbert P. Bear, Esquire (Herbert Percival Bear)

Herbert P. Bear is a common enemy to penguins, much like in real life. However, in Club Penguin; Herbert is an evil polar bear who accidentally arrived at Club Penguin floating on an iceberg in search of a place warm. He originated from the North Pole, but while he was floating through the ocean on an iceberg in search of a warm place to stay, he spotted Club Penguin. Herbert had noticed that Club Penguin is full of snow, so he attempted to paddle away thus tipping his iceberg forcing him to stay here. Ever since, Herbert has caused chaos in Club Penguin. He's nearly sunk the island, he's stolen items, scared penguins and much other worse things! Herbert is most wanted by the EPF. 

Clothing Items: 

Herbert does not wear any clothing items. 

When you click on his player, you can see his player card showing him and Klutzy. 

Herbert also hands out a background to those who meet him in-game. 

Herbert's first appearance was at the Operation: Blackout mission in November, 2012.

Penguin Band (Franky, Petey K, Stompin' Bob, & G Billy)

The Penguin Band is made up of four different penguins. The blue penguin's name is G Billy. The red penguin's name is Stompin' Bob. The green penguin's name is Petey K, and the yellow penguin's name is Franky. When visiting Club Penguin, they give out a background for you to collect, along with their stamps and you can also add them! 

Instruments of Choice: 

Franky: Franky's choice of instrument is the keyboard. 

Petey K: Petey K's choice of instrument is the accordion. 

Stompin' Bob: Stompin' Bob's choice of instrument is the electric bass. 

G Billy: G Billy's choice of instrument is the drums. 

Clothing Items: 

Franky: Yellow penguin with Music Jam jacket (green, hot pink, lime & white), blue jeans & purple high tops. You can sometimes see Franky playing his keyboard. 

Petey K: Green penguin with a red hat with blonde hair, silver glasses, black and silver striped vest with white T-shirt underneath, brown leather shoes & a brown accordion. 

Stompin' Bob: Red penguin with brown wavy hair,dark blue shirt, silver and black beaded bracelet, silver and black spike belt, blue pants and a red bass guitar. 

G Billy: Blue penguin with brown hair, red bandanna, gray/white/black collard long sleeve shirt, black pants, brown cowboy shoes & drumsticks. 

When you click on their penguins, you can see their player cards showing them wearing the items that are listed near each band member's names above. 

ranky, Petey K, Stompin' Bob and G Billy also hand out many backgrounds to those who meet them in-game. The Penguin Band most likely appears during the Ultimate Jam. 

A way to recognize this famous band is by searching for their key items they wear. G Billy's key item is his lucky bandanna. Stompin' Bob's key item is his red electric bass guitar. Petey K's key item is his red hat. Franky's key item is his jacket. Another way to look for them is by checking where the crowds are! The Penguin Band usually visits in packs of two but can rarely be seen on the island all together. So be sure to check for them!

Rockhopper

Rockhopper is the famous pirate of Club Penguin. He built his own ship named "The Migrator" and sails the seas in search of gold and other treasures! Every two months, Rockhopper docks at Club Penguin to allow penguins to roam his ship and meet him! When docking at Club Penguin, he gives away his background, stamp and enables penguins to buy some of the rare items he brings! 

Clothing Items: 

Rockhopper is a red penguin with a black beard, black eyebrows and a black/white/yellow pirate hat with a puffle logo printed onto it. Usually he has his puffle, Yarr, as a hand item. 

When you click on his penguin, you can see his player card showing his items and puffle. 

Rockhopper also hands out many backgrounds to those who meet him in-game. 

 

Rockhopper was the founder of the red puffles. He adopted one and named him Yarr. Now, you can meet Yarr along-side Rockhopper when he comes to visit Club Penguin. You can see Yarr in the second background, third background and even the fourth background! 

Rocky and CeCe

Rocky and CeCe were originally seen on Disney Channel's hit series, Shake It Up. As part of Disney Channel's recent creation, Make Your Mark, Club Penguin decided to bring these two young actresses to Club Penguin to meet penguins during 2012's Ultimate Jam party in July. Both characters in Club Penguin were controlled in real life by these famous celebrities. In Club Penguin, these two famous penguins handed out rare backgrounds and everyone had the chance to meet them as well as ask them questions. With them being them, they both answered tons of questions when in-game. 

Clothing Items: 

Rocky - she wears a brown curly wig with a shiny silver necklace and wrist band along with a white and gray striped shirt with a black sparkling jacket over topped with a pink zebra patterned skirt and black shoes. 

CeCe - she wears a red curly wig along with a blue shirt and a gray tank top with a British logo on it, a gray sparkly jacket, red pants and gray shoes. 

When you click on their penguins, you can see their player cards showing their items.

Rocky and CeCe also hand out a background to those who meet them in-game. 

Rocky and CeCe was first seen in Club Penguin during the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam in July of 2012. If online, Rocky and CeCe will usually be crowded by many penguins either asking questions, yelling Rocky and CeCe or maybe even shouting "Add me!" Be sure to check the crowds for the penguins matching their descriptions to see if they're in the room.

Rookie

Rookie is a penguin that works for both the PSA and the EPF. He claims he had to make the PSA test more than 40 times to get where he is today. He is a penguin that mostly makes mistakes in the PSA and EPF due to his silliness. For example, he opened a jar in Gary's lab that said "Bugs" with the thought in his head of it saying "Hugs". 

Clothing Items: 

Rookie is a green penguin with a red, Hawaiian shirt with white flowers imprinted on it, along with red sunglasses and a red and white propeller hat. 

When you click on his penguin, you can see his player card showing his items. 

Rookie also hands out many backgrounds to those who meet him in-game. 

 

When waddling around, you would most likely see a large crowd following right behind him. When Rookie visits the island of Club Penguin, he gives out a special background along with his stamp and buddy add to those who meet him when in-game.

Sensei

Sensei is the founder of the founder and master at the arts of Card-Jitsu. He lives inside of the Dojo and trains penguins to become ninjas daily. Once you get your black belt, your ready to face him! When visiting Club Penguin, he usually only visits the Dojo, Ninja Hideout, Fire Dojo, Water Dojo or the Snow Dojo. Although, sightings of him have been reported from common main rooms in Club Penguin. 

Clothing Items: 

Sensei is a gray penguin with a tan hat and a gray beard! It's very easy to spot him, although, he sometimes wears different outfits. He can be just a plain penguin (as I described him) or he can be wearing his Fire Jitsu suit, Water Jitsu suit or maybe even his Snow Jitsu Snow suit when the game is going to be released. 

When you click on his penguin, you can see his player card showing the items he wears. 

Sensei also hands out a background to those who meet him in-game. 

When meeting him, he usually teaches you a new trick with your clothing, maybe even shows you a sneak peek of something. By just waddling into the Ninja Hideout, he got the Dojo Courtyard, Fire Dojo, Dojo & Water Dojo completely full!
